3. The electric energy metering assembly for measuring the online trade settlement energy of generating units with a unit capacity of 100MW or more and the electric energy metering assembly for purchasing and selling electricity between power grid operating enterprises should be equipped with two sets of active energy meters with the same accuracy grade.

4. The secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in the electric energy metering assembly for trade settlement above 35kV shall not be equipped with the isolating switch auxiliary contact, but the fuse can be installed; The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in the electric energy metering assembly for trade settlement of 35kV and below shall not be equipped with isolating and disconnecting auxiliary contacts and fuses.

5. The power metering assembly for trade settlement installed at the user's place, and the power supply users with voltage of 35kV and below shall be equipped with the power metering cabinet or power metering box of the same national standard; Users of kVA20 voltage power supply should be equipped with electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box of the same national standard.
