1. 2. The electric energy metering assembly for class I, II and III trade settlement shall be equipped with special voltage and current transformers or special secondary windings according to the metering points. Special voltage and current transformers or special secondary windings and their secondary circuits for electric energy metering shall not be connected to equipment irrelevant to electric energy metering.

3. Two sets of active energy meters with the same accuracy grade should be configured for the electric energy metering assembly for measuring the on-line trade settlement energy of generator units with single unit capacity of 100MW and above and the electric energy metering assembly for purchasing and selling energy among power grid operation enterprises.

4. The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in the electric energy metering assembly for trade settlement above 35kV shall not be equipped with isolating and disconnecting auxiliary contacts, but fuses can be installed; The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in the electric energy metering assembly for trade settlement of 35kV and below shall not be equipped with isolating and disconnecting auxiliary contacts and fuses.

5. The electric energy metering assembly for trade settlement installed at the user's place, and the users with voltage of 35kV and below shall be equipped with electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box of the same national standard; Users of kva20 voltage power supply should be equipped with electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box of the same national standard.
