3. Two sets of active energy meters with the same accuracy grade should be configured for the electric energy metering device that measures the on-line trade settlement energy of generating units with a unit capacity of 100MW or above and the electric energy metering device that purchases and sells electricity between grid operation enterprises.

4. The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in the electric energy metering device for trade settlement above 35kV shall not be equipped with auxiliary contacts of disconnectors, but fuses can be installed; The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in 35kV and below electric energy metering devices for trade settlement shall not be equipped with auxiliary contacts and fuses of disconnectors.

5. The electric energy metering device installed at the user's place for trade settlement, and the users with 35kV and below voltage power supply should be equipped with a national unified standard electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box; Users of kva20 voltage power supply should be equipped with national unified standard electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box.
