1. Production and installation of distribution cabinet base
The base of the distribution cabinet is usually made of section steel, and the size of the steel is determined by the size and weight of the distribution cabinet. Straighten and straighten the section steel before cutting.
2. Unpacking inspection of distribution cabinet
Before installing the distribution cabinet, the packing box must be opened to check the certificate and product manual. Secondly, check whether the distribution cabinet is intact, and then fill in the main inspection contents in the "equipment unpacking inspection record".
3. Install the power distribution cabinet
The distribution cabinet shall be firmly installed on the foundation channel steel, the cabinet shall be tightened with bolts, and the foundation channel steel shall be welded together after leveling and straightening. The panel cabinet shall use 6mm flexible copper wire and grounding backbone necklace as protective grounding.

2、 Installation of hard bus
1. Fix the wire on the support insulator
The low-voltage bus shall be fixed with low-voltage porcelain bottle or plastic support. Before installing the bus, the bus support frame and support insulator must be installed.
2. Bus expansion joint
The bus shall be equipped with expansion joints according to the design regulations. If not specified, the distance shall be about 20m. The expansion joint is made of 02-05mm thick red copper sheet or aluminum sheet.
3. Bus arrangement and painting
The arrangement sequence of bus shall comply with the design regulations. If there are no clear requirements for bus layout in the design, the following provisions can be referred to:
① When the bus is vertically arranged, the arrangement of AC L1, L2 and L3 phases shall be from top to bottom, and the positive pole of DC bus shall be above and the negative pole shall be below;
② When the bus is horizontally arranged, the arrangement of AC L1, L2 and L3 phases shall be from the inside to the outside, and the positive and negative poles of DC bus shall be arranged from the inside to the outside;
③ The AC bus horizontally arranged on the distribution board is arranged as L1, L2 and L3 phases from the back to the panel surface;
④ When arranging the down lead, the AC L1, L2 and L3 phases shall be arranged from left to right, and the DC positive and negative poles shall be arranged from left to right;
⑤ The phase configuration of busbars of substations and distribution devices with different voltage levels in the whole plant shall be consistent with each other;
⑥ Specifying the unified arrangement of bus phase sequence is conducive to the safety of operators.
