Test requirements for meter box (electrical ready board)

Flame retardant performance: it has flame retardant performance of V-2 grade and temperature resistance ≥ 130 ℃.

Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance of the meter box (electrical ready board) shall not be less than 20 megohm.

Electrical strength: apply 50Hz / 1500V voltage for 1 minute, without flashover, breakdown and lightning.

Acid and alkali resistance: drop 1ml of acid and alkali solution with concentration of 3% on the surface of the box and wipe it off after 1 hour. There is no crack or delamination.

Static pressure resistance: 100kg weight (Volume 10 × 10cm2) in any position of the product for three minutes without cracking or damage.

Static extrusion resistance: apply 100kg gravity to the flat meter box (electrical ready board), and the meter box (electrical ready board) shall be free of cracks, peeling and damage after 1 minute.

Sandbag impact resistance: drop the sandbag in 7kg freely from 1m height and repeat for 5 times. The connection part of the meter box (electrical ready board) shall be free of crack, falling and other abnormal phenomena.

Climate impact: the product is exposed to 30 ± 10 ℃ outside, 75 ℃ inside, long-term sunlight, and high temperature: 60 ± 5 ℃ for 4H; Low temperature: - 30 ± 3 ℃ for 4h, without deformation and cracking.

Impact resistance: under the condition that the fixed screws are tightened (without package), the product shall be tested by free fall at 2m height, and the box shall be kept intact. Sandbag impact resistance: the sandbag weighing 7kg falls freely from 1m height for 5 times, and there will be no crack, falling and other abnormal phenomena from the surface box.
